Great job!I am sorry I didn't post more details from the begining. This time I wasnt the one who pulled the seats out, but I also have a Honda, so it is quite simple. Drivers Side 4bolts + plug, passenger: 4bolts only. It took him less than 5 minutes to remove both seats. I understand I might not be going by the norm, but here was how I cleaned it up.
Pre treat coffee stains w/ Folex 2:1
1 bucket HOT water + Hoover citrus carpet clear
1 bucket HOT water only
Meguiars interior brush
Bissell LCGM w/Hot water only.
I "cut" the car into 4 sections, driver front, driver rear, pass front, pass rear.
Pre-treat stains for the seaction you will be working on next while you are working on a sepeate section. Starting with pass front. Get bucket of hot water + cleaner "scoop out combo onto carpet. Once that section is fully wet in your solution scrub the carpet. Use LGM to suck out the begining of the water to see where you are at in terms of "clean carpetness." If it isnt to your liking put more solution on teh carpet let is set for about 30 secs - 1min, and then scrub again. suck up the water/solution again. Once you are about satiusfied with your results, pour HOT water on the carpet, push the water around so that it touches all of the section you are working on. Suck up the majority of the water, and repeat again about 3 times. Then go over it about 2 times spraying more rinse water through your LCGM. Go over it as long as may times as you need to to get the remaining loose water out of the carpet. Once you don't see much water coming up through the hose, stop and go to your next section, let the rest air dry.

We have a peroxide based cleaner at work that's designed specifically for coffee and cola stains...the name right now I can't think of...It works pretty well, but turns your hands white.

I had that in our living room. We had a 2-3 year old stain, suspected soda pop, that took me about 8 applications of Folex to finally get rid of as it kept drawing it out of the carpet. It actually looked worse after 2-3 applications than it did before.

Ideally in situations like this you deal with the stain and soils as seperate issues.
First remove the soiling material. That is the drink, milk, sugars, protiens. Pick specific detergents to work with these.
Once that is cleaned out, rinsed and prep for drying then focus on the staining (if any remains) Depending on decaf, or reg coffee you can pick up a 2 part system for natural and syntetic dyes. follow the 2 part instructions to remove the stain.
Rinse again, prep for rapid drying.
just like paint this is a process.
