Stanley air mover (fan) on clearance at Walmart $12-25 depending on location

them look like some nice house fans. but seem a lil pricey

If I needed one I'd buy it in a heartbeat due to the fact that it's assembled in America...money permitting of course.

God knows we need to support our fellow workers during this Great Recession. :hifive:

Nothing at my local WM, although I already have said fan in possession anyway. But a backup would have been nice anyway.

Great fan at $40.00, let alone $12.00.

so do you just put your mats in front of it to dry? this is a newbe question but how does this help with detailing?

i hang my mats out in the sun this would be use for drying carpet and upholstery too prevent moding.

also i pressure wash my mats if they are really dirty then use my carpet extractor too lift most of the water out then hang out too dry.

Thanks for the heads up.

I bought one today for $19, regular price was $45. They have three left I believe. I may go back for more. It does move a lot of air. :2thumbs:

I couldn't find one last week, which would have been handy to dry out the carpet. You couldn't find a single air mover or shop vac within 10 miles.

At my local WalMart they didnt have any either but they DID have about 6 Patton fans for $21, I bought two and just took one out of the box to check out, not too bad but i dont think they move a lot of air like the stanleys?

Here are the specs of the Patton:

Patton 14 inch CVT High Velocity Fan PX306TG2-U

I figure for $21 ea I can always use more fans in my garage...

Fwiw. The one I bought was out in the garden section along with the grills and other seasonal items.. You might check out there at your local store.

Yeah, thanks, I looked there too, I always sneak into walmart that way, its much easier getting in/out thru that area I find, in my neck of the woods anyway.

PS-If anyone wants to send me one, I would pay for the item and shipping too... FWIW.

I went back to walmart today. They had two left. One box was busted up, so I bought the other one. lol

Thanks for the heads up on this deal. Both times I've purchased this fan I've had people talk to me about it as I walked out the door.

The door greater (older woman) said they had one up front for going on two years, and it was going strong until someone stole it. lol

She went on to tell me she bought two for her house.
