SSR's and fillers/oils

shotime

Privitize it
On another board I read that the SSR's have fillers/oils in them. Is this true? Wouldn't following them with Pro Polish strip the fillers/oils? Not that it's bad, I just want to make sure I'm using them right.

Read the thread too..................... interesting question................ Steve?

Poorboy can of course answer but I've seen posts in the past that read SSR's do not contain fillers.

I had no trouble following SSR1 w/SG - though I normally go to AIO after SSR. Whereas 3M SMR was more difficult (e.g. fillers).

Search and you should find more.

:wait :jump someone does read my posts:D

there are no oils or fillers in any of the SSR's or Pro Polish

actually there are no oils in any of my products....there are solvents in all the polishes , sealants and waxes ....

rumors by dentists are worth exactly $0:nono

I said WTF when I read that. I was just using SSR's over the weekend and they never seemed to have oils in them. Some people over there really don't know what they're talking about and on top of that there was no effort to correct the mistake. There's a lot of bias toward products, which is why I just lurk.

I would suspect that Steve reads posts over at Autopia, and other places where his products are mentioned. Even though many of us know the answers to those questions, it's better for Steve to reply to such questions here, or anyplace else, so that there is no doubt in anybody's mind what the products contain, or don't contain.

Performance of a product is subjective......... what that product is made up of is not!

Just me sticking my nose in again.

1. Lots of information and lots of opinions on message boards.
2. Some of it is good.
3. Some of it is not.
4. Discussion is good.
5. Personal attacks are not.
6. This thread could get nasty given some time.
7. Maybe :chill out?

I have. I've read alot more over there (Autopia) than I responded to. It's a decent site. I like this one much better. I'm a lurker at Autopia. I've learned from that site then again I can learn something from any site.:D
