SSR2.5 straight to SG w/o AIO

Hiya,



What if I polish w/SSR2.5 then dive right into sealant(UPP,SG,etc,etc)?? :nixweiss with out using any paint cleaner like AIO or C.X :confused: Can this cause any bonding issue?

Haha that's what I did last Sunday.. I was using my rotary w/ssr2.5 and then applied with 4*UPP w/o any paint cleaner.

I think that every extra step taken in prep will make your car's finish stand out even more...especially since AIO is so easy to use and the results are well worth it! You could always do an alcohol wipedown after polishing to leave you with a clean, LSP ready surface.
 
I did this yesterday and the SG was a BEAR to get off. I don't know if it didn't "like" the SS paint or the SSR. *IF* I try that again I will likely try the AIO after the SSR to see if the results are different as far as removal goes. The look of the paint was very wet and glossy FWIW.
