I'm trying to remove some minor scratches and webs from my car. I'm planning on using SSR2.5. My question is can i follow up SSR2.5 with SSR1? or do i have to go to SSR2 then SSR1?

Follow up? :lmfao You may be able to go straight to sealant / wax. I used SSR2.5 on a metallic blue Ranger and it removed 90+% of the swirls and left the finish perfectly smooth. I used a pc and black LC finishing pad. Then followed with EX-P

As long as you didn't apply the SSR2.5 with an extra aggressive pad, you should be able to skip the SSR2 step and just go to a finishing polish. If your SSR2.5 pad was very mild, it is likely that you could go straight to a wax or sealant like Eric described.

On a few occassions, I used 2.5 with a cutting pad, then switched over to a polish pad when the product became a thin wet film on the paint surface. Just a light spritz of the finish pad with water, and ready to go. In some cases, I've menaged to stretch out the 2.5 using a cut, polish, and then finish pad. Most of the the time, I could bypass using the Menzerna FP with this method on light colored cars as well as silver metallics. For darker cars, and until you get more comfortable with the products, I would finish up with ssr1 or Menzerna FP.
