Washed again with NXT...

But what a shine.

I'm thinking the twins now and some megs 26 .....

mix,
The E looks great cant wait to see the pics of it after you decide what else to put on. i tried 2.5 the other day on my fiji blue E's hood with a megs polishing pad and was amazed what it took out.also the shine it brought out of the paint as well as the depth of the flake. as soon as i figure out how to post some pics i will post the pics i took of the hood i did the other day.

an orange pad sounds harsh for the whole car, usually hondas paints are pretty easy to work with, you should maybe just stick with the green pad on ssr 2.5

I used the orange on bad areas and the white polishing pad on most of the car. The end result was good. I went with the Klasse duo.... :wall .. I can do without the SG.. :beat talk about time consuming. They say light.. I went light... Very light. I prefer the EXP... over sg.... Will post pics later.. Too tired after the SG.....

I dont know if this thread hijacking, but here is the pic i took of my hood after i used 2.5 with a maegs polishing pad. the pic is a little dark. the sun went into the clouds right before i took the pic. now lets see if i do it the right way so it shows up.

2K... That looks sweet....

Amazing what the PC can do. You just don't know how bad your finish was until you use the pc on it............ Im sold...

The pc really is amazing on what it can do. i was suprised on what it did to the finish not only taking the swirls out. but the shine and depth it gave to the finish. your e really looks great. that was my second color choice when i bought my e. what did you use after the ssr 1 and 2.5.

Thanks, I went with the Klasse duo.. The aio is great... Easy on and easy off. The SG. well that's another story. I foud the finish look better before applying the SG. I took the advice from someone on the board and used a small bottle. I applied it so thin (look like nothing was there. Pain to remove.... I like EXP better.. Comes off as smooth as it went on.

Yes i tried the new ex-p on it right after that and was very impressed by it. I could not get any pictures of it as there was a freak rainstorm right after i finished. but i definitely liked the look of the new ex-p on the finish.

PC and I find that it makes a world of differene from doing it all by hand. I am now thinking of going to the junkyard and getting an old hood to practice with a rotary....
