SSR1 or ProPolish?

I have decided on PB's products for when I get my polisher, possibly today. My first idea for the purchase was SSR2.5 and SSR1.

Now I am considering SSR2.5 and Professional Polish.

I'm looking for the deepest, wettest, most reflective shine out of the products I'm buying. Out of these two, which would you recommend and why?

I just read about the Pro Polish separating... don't know if I liked that too much.

I have no problem with my propolish seperating.
When used with a PC it has some decent cleaning abilitys
and will finish up real nice.
when used with a rotary you can remove light marring and swirls.
If i was you i would go with the propolish..02

Pro Polish is more versitle for more jobs, SSR1 will give a higher gloss on dark paints. :)

I like them both and if you can afford it get them......I use the SSR1 on about all my details for removing the minor swrils and polishing... The PP I use on paint inperfections, plastic, chrome, windows for removing waterspots, etc.

can you use ssr1 or propolish by hand? meaning with out a buffer.

You sure can!! work in small areas like 12 x 12 inch areas....this will allow you to keep good control over the product...rub the area so that the product starts to break down (disappear) then move on takes more time but the results will be good

sorry to sound dumb.......but....with either of the products it is an application. no removal step like wax.

I'm not sure I understand the question...are you asking if this will remove wax?? yes it that answer to that....or are you asking is this somehting that you do before waxing? yes is the answer again

i have never used the ssr1 or pro polish. i guess my question is in the application. its not like wax...wipe on, wait for haze wipe off. just wipe on till gone?

Rub until you can barely see it anymore, it's not like wax, you don't wait for a haze. Wipe off any residue left.

With either of those I work the polish "into the paint" with an applicator until it "hazes" and then remove it with a MF cloth. Applying and letting it sit won't really use those products to their full potential.

Pro is good for adding sparkle to light colors and metal flake paints. I used it on my wifes silve honda and the common response is: WOW, I didn't know silver could look like that!

I have silver... I had already decided on ProPolish though.
