Yes, unless you left quite a bit of hazing with SSR2.5. If you're using SSR2.5 with a polishing pad or lighter you can probably follow up with PwC just fine. Or, on the other hand if you do use 2.5 with a cutting pad just follow it with 2.5 on a polishing pad to remove haze, then move to PwC.
SSR1 is a pure polish and leaves a great finish READY for LSP. PwC isnt as great of a polish, but still very good but the thing it has over SSR1 is you dont have to top it with anything after since it does contain wax. PwC is my favorite 1 step polish/wax. But if im doing multiple steps I use SSR1. If you only need one get PwC
PwC is more of a glaze than a polish, it cleans about as well as AIO but like AIO it really won't remove much in the way of surface defects. Incredibly good base for carnaubas. If there is no hazing after 2.5 you can go straight to PwC.
