ssr 2.5 too agressive for minor spider web swirls?

I've tried to remove minor spider web swirls from my roof with ssr 1 on a white polishing pad at speed 5.

Originally, they looked diminished, but under bright sunlight, they still exist.

What would you guys recommend to remove them

Should I go down to ssr 2.5 on the polishing pad or should I use the ssr 1 with a more agressive pad?

Thanks in advance

Go to SSR2.5...it won't hurt it.

another vote for going to 2.5

i use 2.5 with a cutting pad on speed 6 with the PC and there is no harm done !!

unless a swirl free shine is harm :waxing:

I have used SSR2.5 with both polishing and cutting pads on the PC.

The polishing pad finishes quite nicely ... the cutting pad helps correct more stubborn defects but usually leaves some micro-marring.

I agree, although the 2.5/polishing pad finishes well, I still follow with SSR1/polishing to get the finish down nice and slick. :waxing:
