Sprayers & Spray bottles

Well, I haven't seen this one discussed before and i am in need as most of my sprayers have failed or will do so shortly. I have used a bunch of these:

..and had real good luck with them. Have people found other equivalents they like?

I really only need the sprayer and have tons of bottles but it seems I can't get just the sprayer separately.

TIA.

great idea, thanks. I was just there a couple of days ago and should have checked it out.

Do you think they sell the sprayers separately?

Agree with you guys on the ZEP sprayers from HD. Very good and they seem to last. Not sure if the sprayers are sold by themselves or not. Seems like they may have had some in the HD I frequent most.

Check out ebay every so often I got very good sprayers 12 for $8.00 + $4.00 shipping at a buck a piece they are still going pretty strong.

guys, how do the ZEP sprayers hold up over time? How is the chemical resistance? Most of my existing sprayers are just leaking all over the place as the internal o-ring (??) must not be compatible with the chemicals. :(

The Meguiar's sprayers seem to be unaffected by anything I've thrown at them, the spray pattern is excellent and uniform and they have real beefy construction...I just can't find them anywhere unless I want to buy the whole assy @ $5 each. :(

thx.

I found some spray bottles at my local Sam's Club. There are four in a pack for $5.00 or so. They look just like the ones from Griot's Garage. Each one is a different color too.

I found similar bottles at my local BJ's Wholesale. As a matter of fact, they look exactly like that Meg's bottle pictured, just different colored spray head, they seem decent, also 4 for around $5.

The best spray head I've found is the Meg's High Volume sprayer. It even has a collapsable/expandable end to fit in different sized bottles. I want to get more this spring :up

thanks a lot guys...lots of helpful info. i went to Home Depot and grabbed a few of the ZEP spray bottles. The sprayer looks real decent.

VegasShawn, thanks for the reference to US Plastics...I'll try to order some from them. It appears I can buy just the spray head....have plenty of empty bottles on hand. :o

Those spray heads on the Meguiars bottles look like Delta Industries Sprayers:

I have a bunch from OSH. I like the finer spray pattern of the Delta over the Zep.

OSH is Orchard Supply Hardware. Think it's now owned by Sears, a smaller, more traditional hardware store (not warehouse style) but they carry other brands. For instance, Power Tools: besides Craftsman, they also carry Makita, Skil, DeWalt, Black & Decker, and Milwaukee. Depending on what you buy, prices are comparable to Home Depot and Lowe's. Like anything, shop around before you buy.
