Would this be a good product for cleaning foam pads?

It would work. I use Megs Super Degreaser diluted in a spray bottle. Megs SD rinses very clean and works amazing at cleaning pads. Plus it is very cheap for a gallon. Once you dillute it 20%SD and 80% water, the gallon goes a very long way.

I have not been able to locate Power Dissolver in my area. I'm going to use Spray Nine for removing lsp's prior to polishing (per a recent post). Thought I'd try to find other uses for it.

your local walmart should have it. they keep it next to the dishwashing liquids IIRC...
