Spray Bottle Question

Chemical Resistant Trigger Sprayers, US Plastics Corp - http://www.usplastic.com/catalog/search.aspx?search=chemical reststant spray bottles&page=1

Cleaning - Place spray assembly in a bucket of warm / hot soapy water and pump the trigger a few time, rinse by doing the same thing with clean warm / hot water

I have loaded up on these for multipurpose sprayers. http://www.usplastic.com/catalog/item.aspx?itemid=24692&catid=471

But have grabbed a dozen of these in 8oz sizes for all of my collinite products, Optibond, and other large bottles that I wanted to downsize for easy use. http://www.usplastic.com/catalog/item.aspx?itemid=23605&catid=530

I love US Plastic for my spraying needs. I would like to get some Chemical resistant ones, and finger sprayers my next order.

Looks like I'll doing that when using an APC, although I have an old, almost empty bottle of Simple Green I might clean out and try. Also, thanks for the link.

Thanks for the link, it's nice to have some choices.:)

I don't ever rinse mine out. I just replace as necessary and try to match the sprayer to the product. Those Spraymaster sprayers use Viton for seals. That's good for most things, except caustics. Most degreasers are caustic and will wipe one of those out very quickly. I had a 4:1 solution of Super Degreaser destroy a new Spraymaster sprayer in a couple of hours. For degreasers, I reuse other degreaser sprayers (CL Special Cleaner, Greased Lightning, etc.)

No rinsing was what I was doing. :o I didn't think the Megs APC at 4:1 would do in the Spraymaster, but maybe so.

Maybe so. I have a Spraymaster with 4:1 303 cleaner that's worked great for a long time. I also have one with 4:1 wheel brightener that has worked perfectly for over a year so far.

Hello/
I bought a few Sprayer Bottles from US Plastics, and seemed to work quite well/;).I bought two of these Bottles and Sprayer Heads for not much.
They're called *Orbit/360*.It's a 24/Oz. Bottle and the *Srayer Head* is quite unique. It allows the user to turn the Bottle in any posittion, even *UpSide Down*
and it still continues to spray!!/:Dancing Dot:/:wizard: It's a Chemical Sprayer Head, too.IIRC,It's under $2.00 per Bottle w/Spray Head! Pretty good considering it's ability to spray in all different positions,w/o losing it's prime.I hope it was okay to post the price...guys.I like the *SprayMaster* bottles too,and Home Depot has them. But what they want for one,I'll get ones from USPlastics alot cheaper.I see some of you guys already found the site and bought the product.
I was gonna put up their site, and checked the posts here and saw it was already mentioned.I know most guys here will like the Squeezer Bottles/Spray Bottles [that come with or w/o the heads]/Wash Buckets/Etc. Decent Prices IMOHO....Take Care
Regards/
Raymond

I would like an answer to this too. I paid about $7 for one "professional" spray bottle at Home Depot and it's starting to act up - won't spray right anymore.

I have tried them all. From Ace Hardware, costco, sams club, walmart....

You name it I have tried it. I have never had a problem with the ones I use exclusively now.

I get them at a store we have in California called Cost Plus. It is a restaurant supply store. The bottles are $2. And they work perfectly. No problems. They can work with the harshest chemicals and I have never had a problem with them. They are great!

Hope this helps.....

Cost plus is a restaurant supply store??? What city is it in? There's cost plus' all over here in CA, but they're not restaurant supply stores.

+1 on the Cost Plus problem, down here it's an import retail chain.

Is there any name or something to be able to identify the bottles? I've got several restaurant supply stores nearby. Thanks.:)
