Spray And Wipe

I searched the forum for this as I had started a thread a month or so ago and it would not come up with it. Oh Well. Any way. I have used this for a couple of months and it is one of the best I've used for dusting and drying off your paint. I read on Autogeek Forum that Killrwheels was using this as he was drying with a WW Towel. It works great. I think it helps add some
lubricity and lowers the chance of micro-marring and gives the paint some pop. I also use it to dust my paint daily as long as it doe's not rain on it.
No mars from that. I am definately going to start buyng it in gallons. I have Spray and Gloss to do the paint when its clean and want to add some pop.
I am a QD junkie for sure. But you should be carefull about whats on the paint before doing it. I do not like QD'ing if the car has been driven in the rain.

If you are talking about Poorboy's Spray & Wipe, (and I think you are), don't worry about using it on your paint after a rain. S&W is not a QD, it is much more. It will clean a vehicle that you would have thought needed a bucket wash and do it with out any more marring than converntional wash methods.
Probably 90% of my vehicle cleaning is done with S&W anymore. If the car has built up crud I will spray that off, then do the S&W cleanup.
Cwcad saw my wife's Pontiac GTP that hadn't had a bucket wash for 6 months. All S&W. He seemed to feel it looked pretty good.
By all means, buy it by the gallon. Once you get comfortable with it, (it took me about 6 months), you will find yourself using it more and more.

S&W is another outstanding product from the PoorBoy himself. I'm not inclined to replace my bucket washes with S&W, but there are plenty of other opportunities to put it into play. Buy it by the gallon or by the 5 gallon :D

I'm buying it now by the 5 gallon container....much easier for me...its not replaced my bucket washes but has certainly made allot fewer of them....its something that I would find it hard not to have around

Ya, I saw the vehicle. I was real proud of my Black truck until I got a close look at what a real paint surface should look like when properly prepped. The vehicle was awesome inside and out. I even got to see a Gucci detail bag. Now that was a one in a million detail bag.

Back on topic. Buy it by the five gallon jug. It is a better deal and easier to fill a sixteen ounce spray bottle with the nice spout that Steve sends with the jug. I literally do not leave home with out S&W in my truck. I use it every day!!!

call Steve on that one its not listed on his site....I can't remember what mine was but it was more about not having to keep ordering a gallon at a time more than a huge cost savings
 
How much do you guys spray on the car when you use it as a waterless wash? Do you cover the whole panel, or just a few mists?

To anyone considering buying the SnW 5-gallon - DO IT. You will not regret it. I find now that I am Snw-ifying the cars constantly and do it between sealant coats also. In my mind, this is reducing my chances of marring.

Just did a SnW today when a friend stopped by on his 2000 red vette. We followed with SnG and it looks prefect again.

SnW just makes my detailing life so much easier!

I am also a huge fan of the product and will start ordering the fiver next time I'm in need of more. I do have a question that I have not seen addressed.......is it safe for tinted windows?
