Spray and Rinse Wheel Cleaner

It is best to do a search before asking.
Most use it between 1:1 and 1:4, depending on the task.

Depends on how dirty your wheels are.If my wheels are filthy I go full strength.

Exactly...I wouldn't use it full stregnth too often and after using it full strength I would polish and seal the wheels . After sealing the wheels , then only soap and water would be needed or a weak dilution.
For those with really bad brake dust problems, ie owners of BMW, Porsche, Volvo etc.. 1:1 or 2:1 will suffice to clean the wheels with no scrubbing.
Some have diluted 4:1 for maintenence, but I personally haven't tried that dilution.

If you clean your wheels, and top them with PB's wheel sealer a gallon on S&R will go A LONG WAY. I cut it 6:1 on maintained wheels these days and use Steve's foam spray head.

On neglected wheels, I start with 50/50 and move up if needed.

I've had to use it full strength most of the time on my VW's rims. The amount of brake dust combined with tire shine stuff that gets on them makes it pretty tough to clean.
