Spiderwebs or swirl marks. What's your take?

Are Spiderwebs and swirl marks the same thing on a car? I understand how swirl marks can be taken care of. But what about Spiderwebs, if they are not the same thing? Would you consider these Spiderwebs or swirl marks?
The picture may not be the best, sorry. The paint is two years old, 6000 miles. Black metallic.

Hi there and welcome.

I'd vote spider / cob webs. Swirls to me are buffer holograms. I do use the terms interchangeable though as most people can relate to swirls and not webbing when describing the vehicles paint condition.

As for how to handle them, about the same as swirls. Maybe a bit more of aggressive polish.
