speed up polymer cure times with a heat lamp?

If it says not to do it in the sun, then I'd say no.
Most of the sealants out there cure by air and temp, while a consideration, isn't the driving force by a long shot.
You also might want to let it cure at the rate it was designed to do so, because you never know what kind of funky side effects you might get. But, realistically, I don't think it would make a difference one way or another. Maybe a few % faster at best by baking it.

I think all you might accomplish is to outgas the solvents quicker; cross-linking is a function of time not heat
1. Adherence- the application of a thin even film of product to the paint film surface bonds by surface tension
2. Drying- the primary catalyst is an aerobic process so sufficient drying time should be allowed. This will vary in accordance with the product formulation, temperature and humidity of the ambient air.
3. Removal- remove product residue by buffing, using a clean dry cloth and a light even pressure
4. Cross-linking – allow sufficient time (anything from 12 to 72 hours dependant upon product formulation) to elapse to enable product to cross-link before the application of further layers or other products. Avoid rain or washing vehicle until fully cured.

Zaino can be applied in direct sunlight, and it definitely accelerates the cure.
The hotter / brighter the faster it cures in my experience. I almost always Zaino in direct sunlight.
