It means that it is original equipment from the manufacturer (i.e. not an after market component).

My installer made sure to say to use a NON-AMONIA based product to clean the windows if you have aftermarket tint. Windex makes a vinegar based one, and I think I remember reading that Stoner's isn't amonia based either.
