Sonus pads in Canada

If the order isn't right or if there is warranty issue it is solved very easily. Pick up the phone, dial the number of the vendor and tell them the problem. They mail out the replacement or correct order no extra shipping to you. If they want you to return the incorrect order or defective product they pay the shipping. Sometimes they don't even bother asking you to return the products. I have never had an issue ever with this. I have ordered from Autopia Store, Autogeek, CMA, PAC, PakShak, and some others. A few times I have had a defective product or incorrect order and it was handled with no problem at all.

I am not saying to not order from Canada and give your business to the U.S. I am saying don't eliminate U.S. sources because you think it's more expensive or a hassle.

As for being able to buy the Megs products that you mentioned in a local store, what does that have to do with what I was talking about? If you can buy local and save the shipping and eliminate the wait than great do so. I try to buy as much as I can local. But if I can't find it here I have no problem buying online from U.S. vendors.

BE a proud Canadian and support those guys...they are doing us a huge favour existing here. I've always used the 3x factor when ordering from U.S. (triple the cost of item to your door!) after duty, currency exchange, shipping, brokerage fees and taxes, and a long wait....it adds up and sux. I do like the idea of the "GIFT" scam though!!

If you think these guys are in business as a favour to you or anybody else than you are mistaken. We do them a favour everytime we place an order. Their in business to make money not do us favours.

As for your 3x factor, it is incorrect. If ordered properly it does not cost 3x as much.

The problem with our Canadian shops (eshine & CCS) is that they don't offer everything which is understandable since the market isn't the same up here so sometimes there's no choice but to order from the U.S

Right on. As proud as I am to be Canadian, I'm not going to let my loyalty dig into my wallet. I work too much and too hard to order something just because it's distributed by another Canadian. It's not like most of it (any?) is Canadian product anyway.

I do appreciate the 2 Canadian vendors we have, but the lack of product and choice is becoming frustrating.

Edit- I want to point out that I'm not frsutrated with the retailers themselves, and realize how tough the Gov. makes it for them up here.

zaius & rockyram, sorry for getting back to you so late. After a coulpe of orders from the US I now order through eshine or CCS as they are cheaper. They don't have as many products but what they do have is quite good. As for trouble with LC pads I've had none. They are very durable and work well.
