I don't know if he's a foreigner or not, but often times other languages (German for instance) translate somewhat harshly to English. Not only are German's more direct in general, they thus choose the direct terms in the English vocab making their statements often times come off as abrasive. Of course, I'm not insisting that was the case here... just a thought :)

Sonax is a OTC brand in Europe, a good schampo but nothing special.

You all might want to know we now carry the new NTS7 Sonax line of products. It's made just for the North American market.

Irenes pricing is better than AG's ....She has them listed on the site now..the shampoo is 7.95 I believe...or close to that....

Whoops! Just got a call from Sonax. I was told to raise prices. Sorry guys. News sure does travel fast. I did keep the shampoo on sale and will rotate the mark downs on the line so everyone will get a choice of product on sale.

I agree, the customer service at AG is worth the $2, AND you get a $7 wash mitt for free. I actually bought the same mitt about a month ago, and it's one of the best wash mitt's I've ever used. SUPER soft material; highly recommended!!



And the only item cheaper than AG, is the shampoo at TOL. I don't know what's the big deal. I will continue to order from AG because I live in FL, and get all my stuff next day from UPS ground.
