Something different: Scania V8 Showtruck

Some time ago the owner of this Scania V8 rang me and asked me if I could detail his truck. I said yes so here we go!:thumb:



This Scania V8 with over 1 million km's on the tago is an serious showtruck. In competition it got 2nd best of Holland. Because I had to sort out this truck within one day I managed to get some friends to help me. (gave them a little clinic earlier).



The truck had quite a lot of swirl marks. Sorry I have no before photo's but I wanted to get started :thumb:. The owner had washed the truck on forehand so I could start directly. Bloody hell what a job :buffer: 32 hours of solid working but the result is marvelous! :argie:

Usual steps claying etc etc

Polishing with M4, M83 onp rotary

Polishing with M66 on DUAP

2 Coats of Jetseal109

LSP: Smartwax Concours

Tires and mudflaps with Megs Natural Shine

Glass and mirrors with NXTGlasscleaner

All the metal got Megs All Metal Polish

Rims with PB wheelsealant

and much more...

That is soo cool. Looks like you had the proper conditions as well. I love Trucks. If I were rich, I'd probably own one just to have.
