Finish my shift @ 7am and am glad it's over cuz I'm dead tired. Walk to my car in the parking lot and what do I see.....SOMEONE HAS HIT MY CAR!!!
Front bumper, passenger side, right by the headlight. I just freaked. Inspected the cars beside me and no damage. So the #$#@ must've either hit my car and then parked somewhere else or the person who I parked beside when I started my shift (7pm) pulled out, hit it and took off.
Anyway, the pics show the damage. What I was wondering is can I either wet sand or use a rubbing compound on the red circled areas? That part is basically paint rubbed off from his/her car. Tried claying it but didn't work.
The blue circled area is all the way down to the black plastic so I think I'm just going to use some touch up paint. I know that'll look crappy but it's a quick fix and I can't afford to get it fixed professionally.
Thanks for any help anyone can provide.
