Some thoughts on Zaino Z-P Fusion...

I too believe like many products including Z-PC has a learning curve. When I was beta testing Z-PC I did first encounter some dusting. I have found that if you apply the polish to the same spot on you pad will help decrease "dried" polish dusting. The dusting is from the pad not the product being polished into the surface. When the pad is loaded with polishing dust it will continue to spread dust until a clean pad is installed. Also I use a rotary most of the time which leads to blemish repair is much quicker and more complete. This decrease time of working an area may also help with dusting. :nixweiss

As a matter fact the lack of dusting Z-PC after "learning" the amount needed to correct a blemish allows me to do spot repairs without the fear of having the whole vehicle covered with polishing dust.

Finally, polishing with any product that corrects (repairs) only and has no filling (oils) effects will have a tendency of producing dust. Z-PC should be worked until almost gone and, like most polishes, not to the point where one is actually beyond the point where the starting polish is actually done its job.

Elite detailing is an art and learned skill that takes practice. Like applying that thin coat of Z polishes(sealants) or Klasse SG, once learning the procedure is quite easy and almost second nature.

I used a Megs yellowing polishing pad and did not have problems with dusting but I used very small dots on the pad. I might not have worked it long enough tho but it did remove easily.

I don't have a PC but I have a 6'' orbital from Coleman. It runs at 4,000 rpm I believe. Would this be sufficent enough to apply Z-PC?

It will work but it might not completely break the polish down so you could have some micromarring

Should work fine!!! ZPC is made to use by hand or machine and I doubt that you could get 4000 RPM out of your hand!! Should work better than hand but PC would be the perfered method.
