I've Klasse'd my new 02 Maxima (Dark Blue), 1 AIO 2 SG of which I plan to go to 3-5 SG (weather permitting). After that I plan to use the Sonus Spritz 1-2 times per month. After say one year has gone by what should my maintenance continue to be ? More SG, start over with AIO ? What takes this acrylic off anyway ?

Thanks for the comments.

Environment removes the Klasse and any other products you have on any surface. I suggest you apply SG every 6 months maybe. I am sure more experienced Klasse users will type more in here though so keep looking.

the spring is fun time....get to get all the crap off and do it all over........but what i really wanted to say is....post some pics of your new Max your greedy thing you..i wanna see the new grill up close..............:)

The new grille looks pretty cool as does the redesigned taillights. Got to love the 255 horses too. At any rate, its a good idea to just start over every year to year and a half. You can remove the SG with the Klasse AIO.

Me and my friend got a visitor from Germany,Axel Schnarrenberger, one of the
big guys from Menzerna GMBH. Axel spent two days with us and tried to teach
us some things about Menzerna, both practical and theoretical.

Do I have to say it was great and very interesting?

Anyway, here are the pictures

It looks like all of his work is from side to side , is that typical for a rotary technique,no up and down too ?
The Makita looks very intriguing to me ! :)

I learnt a lot, but mostly technical since I am a newbie at those kind of things.

Most say that I also realy like Menzernas pads, but I am not sure you americans will like them since they are very hard. The finishing pad is like...white Buff&Shine/Lake country. But they works ace on harder clears.

That's cool, I love Menzerna products and pretty much have them figured out. Just wondering if he offered any "hidden" secrets about using them.

Nice to be able to get a factory rep to show you their products.

How on earth did you arrange that? I like the Menz stuff and would love the chance to learn more from the factory guys. I'm jealous.

Like the coveralls(tightness) however just a little splatter there:tongue: (lol), was not aware of Menzerna pads though so I learned something and I wasn't even there.

I did the splatter

Interesting. Thank you for the share.

+1 on the lab coat. I want one.

I got a lab coat :cornut:

It was my friend who had him over to Sweden for business and he also did some demonstration, but it was mostly business talk. But we also learnt a little how a polish is made, different kind of ingredients, some information on foam pads and etc.

One thing that struck me, was that Axel used Power finish on 80% of all he's jobs(but with different pads). And almost finished with PO106FA, and this with 1500 rpm all the way. I will try this on my next detail.

Good combinations:

S500 Fast Gloss with white compounding pad
P203 Power finish with wool, orange polishing pad and white light polishing/finishnig pad
PO106FA Super finish with a white light polishing/finishnig pad

Awesome post Porta-man! I hope all is well. Was there any cool Menzerna stuff that you got to play with? (That we don't)?

Only the S500 Fast gloss and their foam pads, but we got some time to play with a new wool pad wich was pretty nice. I could send you a 8 oz bottle?
