Hi folks,

It's been a while since I've posted pics. A new job that has me travelling the country is keeping me from shooting :( but fear not I managed to get out with some friends on Sunday night and shoot.

Enjoy! Please let me know what you think! I'd love to hear!

go here if you want uber size:

You need to make a tutorial on how to pick out a decent camera, different lenses, what to look for ect.., how to shoot good pics, because those are amazing :)

you lot are seriously too kind! I thank you!

JBM, thanks for the kind words. I may write something up for you guys. I will point out though that this is all taken with a canon s45, a 4 megapixel point-and-shoot camera technically. It's a few things that make these pics work.

night time - i love to shoot at night

lighting - w/out this, no pictures are possible.

and the rest, well, that just comes down to what you know about photography. composition, exposure, rule of thirds, depth of field....

please believe me when i say i'm not an expert and enjoy this as a hobby. someday it would be great to shoot cars, but i need better equipment. i'm just glad you all enjoy this!

Those are some awesome pictures. The way you incorporated the buildings is unlike anything i've seen here. :bow

btw I don't see disabled permits on those Minis :p

:) yes, no disabled permits! I wanted to photoshop them out but decided to leave them. At 2am at the Phoenix downtown library, there were thankfully no handicappers roaming around :)

Wow! Those photos are beautiful and I agree with you about the last picture. I think it's my favorite of the bunch.

Just incredible pics! Those are seriously professional quality and the best Ive seen on this site. If not already , you should pursue photography as a career, you have the gift.

Thank you all so much for the comments!! It's very encouraging to read these comments and go out and try harder to take better pix!
