some application questions!

I have some vanilla moose and i was just wondering how you

guys apply it? I have a pc . Just wondering how much and at what speed are you using to apply it on your car. I also plan on using ex-p after. same question applys to the ex-p what speed , ammount? technique? thanks!
 
I don't use those products, but when I use a similar polisher, I first apply the product to the pads and then slowly apply the product from the pad to the area where I'm going to work (without the polisher on). Once the product is where I want it and spread out where it won't sling, I start off slowly and then work my way up to the desired speed. Somone here who has used those products may be better at telling you the correct speed. I prefer to allow the product to work...sometimes higher speeds dry out the product quickly and then you are polishing dry product into the paint..
