Solvent or Polish for paint transfer

My friend has a white paint rub on the side of his green truck, no dent, just paint transfer. What do you guys think first, enamel reducer or polish or something else?

Frequently a wiping with solvent will remove the offending paint without damage to his paint.

I usually just use clay on paint transfers.

YEah i had some road yellow on my car, clay took it off very nicely.
