(Solved) Reward Points Errors

Alright after many calculations we`ve found the culprit for the Autopia Rewards Points Gate...

Originally, we had the system set to automatically expire points after 180 days. Later we extended the expiration duration to 365 days. On January 25th 2016, we no longer expired points.

Any points acquired prior to January 25th 2016, will continue to expire.

This is why some of you are seeing negative points.

SOLUTION: If you notice your account has any expired points, just let us know via email or PM and we can adjust your account back to normal.

The system actually makes it easy for us to match orders, so it doesn`t take much time.

Thanks for every ones patience and now that we`ve found the problem, I`m looking forward to fixing it. Also, after some time, we should no longer see this issue now that points no longer expire :)
 
Ahh that makes sense, no wonder I saw less points when I logged in the other day. I haven`t ordered in a little while so I don`t check my points too often.

Yep. If you had 1000 points but 400 were set to expire. You would check again and notice 600 points. But just let us know and we`ll re-add the expired points. I`ve been running full audits on accounts all day and it`s a simple process.
 
What about the case as with my account where points would disappear within 12 hours of being added? Also not getting the double points with my connect orders?

You had also mentioned that (after adding my expired points back on) that I somehow used around 100 points MORE than I`ve earned. Does that lead back to them expiring or something or is there an issue with how they get added to your system.

I I only ask because I`m missing over 1000 points from what I can tell and with the issues with my points disappearing after I make an order I feel like there`s more to it than just some points expiring

looking at my account and my rewards history, when I see all the points that are "expired" and you go back and make them unexpired, do they still show on the page as expired and what I see instead is a manual adjustment for those expired points? You have replaced points for me once or twice but I wasn`t sure if the list updated from saying those specific points were expired or not

Monday -13 points today - 41 points ???????? last purchase June 17th...
