Alright after many calculations we`ve found the culprit for the Autopia Rewards Points Gate...
Originally, we had the system set to automatically expire points after 180 days. Later we extended the expiration duration to 365 days. On January 25th 2016, we no longer expired points.
Any points acquired prior to January 25th 2016, will continue to expire.
This is why some of you are seeing negative points.
SOLUTION: If you notice your account has any expired points, just let us know via email or PM and we can adjust your account back to normal.
The system actually makes it easy for us to match orders, so it doesn`t take much time.
Thanks for every ones patience and now that we`ve found the problem, I`m looking forward to fixing it. Also, after some time, we should no longer see this issue now that points no longer expire
