Thanks for all the orders over the past two weeks on our Black Friday and Cyber Monday Specials.



Due to the overwhelming amount of orders, we are backordered on these items. You can still order, but they will not ship till Monday, December 13th.

It depends on the shipping method. UPS orders can be tracked, but USPS ones can not. They have delivery confirmation only.
 
Ben,

Can you provide a link where I can enter my order number to find out the status? I was only sent a simple email with an order ID number. I've tried to find somewhere on the Store to check on the order (placed on 11/25) and can't seem to find anywhere that allows me to look at the order.

Received my order from the super sale yesterday. Was pleasantly surprised to see the HD-UNO is the 2.0 version!!!
 
We can ship USPS. The shopping cart is not setup for it yet. This week sometime. During the Black Friday and Cyber Monday specials we shipped both ways whichever was cheaper. To Oregon, UPS is probably still cheaper in some cases.

Surprise! :cooleek: We were able to get the new version into production just in time and shipped them out to some people during the Super Sale. :)

if it's the exterior duo pad, i believe they are on backorder (orange uno pad as well) and will be shipped immediately as soon as they arrive...
 
Pm ben or call 3D (i think they are back in the office on 1/3), i'm sure they will take care of you. also, they may have just sent you one as that could of been all that they had at the moment till they get them back in...
 
The Exterior Duo Pads were out of stock, but are back in. Will check on agpatel's order and make sure they sent out a second!
 
:frown1: Another delay on the HD Uno Pad.



This time the supplier is telling us a machine malfunction is the reason for the delay and they needs time to repair it.



The eta is now Jan 17. :mad2:



In the mean time, we are looking for a different supplier that does custom pads. :hmph:

Agpatel, the shipping department insisted they sent you two pads, but I insisted they send you another one anyway. :argue



You should be getting another Exterior Pad being sent out today. :spot
 
Thanks Ben for the follow up, only 1x came in a small USPS flat rate box.



But, thanks for getting me the other one! Great service again!



sucks about the supplier not able to keep up and more delays for the pads as they are pretty nice.
