Soft Scrub Cleaner on Leather

Steven,

It's a household cleanser.....

I'd be kind of nervous to use it on leather....the kind w/o bleach is pretty good for getting wax off rubber trim, though. (Just be carefull not to rub it on the paint, as it does have abrasives)

I think that is a product line for people with greater nerves than me. Maybe it cleans really well, but it may also cause damage:nixweiss

I agree -- I would be afraid with leather being as soft as it is, and easily damaged, that you would do some micro-damage that would cause it to harden & crack faster, or maybe lose that top layer over time.

Soft Scrub contains some pretty harsh cleaners in it, I would certianly NOT use it on leather. :nono

My brother told me he used Simple Green to get a couple of spots out if his leather seats. People will use what they have available, and not think about what the consequences are.

I flipped out on him when he said this and gave him the lexol twins. I then proceed too clean 41/2 years of dirt from the seats, this took lots of time, lots off effort, multiple applications, and a scrub brush.
