So What Shampoo Do You Folks Wash With ?

so,

is gc the better or best choice for otc ??



i always thought it was pretty good,

but i have not really experimented with other upper brands like PBs or Pinnacle
 
Zaino Z-7, Duragloss CWC and Megs GC.. for me. I find Z-7 gives the best shine with Duragloss CWC very close behind.

i use both turtle wax platinum and gold class (sometimes nxt) on a regular basis and they both are excellent washes, can't go wrong with either...
 
Duragloss #901 CWC.



Boutique or OTC, it's all I use now. Have not found a better wash for the price. It cleans really well, is very lubricating, lots of suds, and leaves a nice gloss behind.
 
If you're going OTC, and need that 1/2 gallon or gallon size, my vote is for the NXT product.





BTW, I got a pint of the VROOM shampoo this past weekend. So far I am under-whelmed. Anyone else try it?? I haven't seen any specific comments.
 
Tried some TW ICE* Car Wash today...to be honest, it did a decent job, nice look.



Will probably just buy this OTC from now on for my car shampoo.

I like working with Autoint ph balanced carwash and will add a few onces of QEW to the mix for extra dirty panels.
 
while i still have some stock on other soaps, and when the supply runs out... i will be buying a gallon of the DG901... :up

I will be doing the same Al; the DG is one of the nicest on the market, I reach for it more often than I do any of the other soaps I have!



I forgot to add that I also have Z7 and use it when I'm going to do a Zaino application.

1Z Exclusiv Glanz Shampoo - cleans really well (it dissolves road contaminates easily), has high lubricity and leaves a nice finish.
 
Just switched from Zaino Z7 To Duragloss and am very impressed--wash water seems to be very slick and the suds seem to have more substance than the Z. Best part is you can buy it by the gallon for about $26 OTC. Couldn't find it OTC initially, but NAPA stores carry the entire DG line, but you have to order it and it is at the store 24 hours later. Next step is their 105 LSP when my Z2 runs out.
 
Zaino Z-7 for my personal autos. 2 oz of Z7 to 2 gallons of water. Add about 1/8 to 1/4 oz of DP 4-in-1 to it. Very, very sudsy and the DP stuff really adds lubricity.



2nd choices are the WG, BF and Pinnacle shampoos, cuz they got TUFF SUDS !!



I also keep a supply of Meg's Gold for use on non-paying customers cars.
