So this is what 2 coats of 105 topped with AW looks like

Last weekend, the car got:

OP/org 5.5 LC pad

DG 921 wipedown

One coat of DG 105 applied by hand

Second coat of 105 applied by hand (waited 24 hours before 2nd coat)

Car also has Optimum tire shine, full strength

Waited one week, washed today wth Meg's GC, dried with Sonus blue drying twl

Applied DG AW with Sonus yellow buffing towel, one side to spread the light spritz, and the other side of the towel to lightly buff to a high sheen.

My thought on AW:

-smells nice

-easy as pie to apply, just lightly spritz the panel, spread, turn towel, and buff off residue

-adds a nice amount of *slickness* to the surface (which is saying a lot when I already had the slickness 2 coats of 105 provides...a lot)

-The *look* apeared to be a bit shinier on my black car, very glossy

-I used like 1/2 an ounce to do an entire small vehicle, even inside the door jambs, which is a huge bonus for ease of adding protection and not having to put on a full sealant/wax

Overall, a GREAT product for 6-8 bucks (22 ounce size), depending on where you get it. I'm happy with the Duragloss items I've been using, they blow away anything else I've tried. :nana: :D

I think it is only proper to disclose whether you paid for the products and the car you used them on. Apparently you didn't pay for the wheel covers.

You car looks great! I also love AW. The wax is so easy to put on and it smells nice. I have been very impressed with the deep gloss; it is umatched in my book. I turned on a few people to AW. I have yet tried the other products but I want to soon.

Well, the car was stolen (came with no hubcaps), and the AW? Well let's just say the local Carquest is *missing some inventory.* :rofl

GD Mike, you never cease to amaze me............:grinno:

Im even impressed with the wheels' cleanliness.........

AW is detailings best kept secret, despite how much people rave about it around here. It's way too eays to use and works way too well for people to believe that its a $7 product.
