I like the idea about the business cards - smart move. Good luck!!!

I'm very creative when it comes to business cards...what I used to do, and still do sometime...I place a business card in their glove box or center counsel...so later, when they clean it out, or rummage through it, up pops my card...*BAM* and then they remember that i did an awesome job...

If i were to leave it on the dash or by the shifter, more than likely i might get tossed in the garbage...ya know?

I have some other tricks up my sleeve...but my sleeves are short...

I work at a dealership and can tell you that's why dealer prep sucks...cause really, there isn't any. We don't treat an $80000 any different than a $20000 car. Of course I treat every car like it's my own and baby it, do what it needs, etc...but I have about 8 co-workers that don't...it's all WHAM BAM in and out. They don't have it set up properly to have a new car properly done and looked over. They're all "ah it's new, shouldn't have any problems...just wash it and do the windows and tires and be gone with it."

Customers are the same too...they expect a new car to be defect free, so they don't usually look it over. I've seen maybe 1 out of 1000 people that pick a car apart before they drive it off the lot...it doesn't happen often, which is too bad.
