As for the Hitachi rotary, I took it apart and crimped the wire conectors tighter and I think that helped and did not do it today. There is a lot of repair centers for Hitachis as well. Tool up responded fast with a list for me.

If it acts up again I will send it in to get checked out.
 
Looks great! It looks like you did the wetsanding by hand? Ive been using the 3m triz-act papers on a da. 1200, 1500, then the 3000 grit. The 3000 really makes bringing the shine back alot easier and quicker.
