Small photoshop favor please

I just need the car silhouette and "auto detail" changed to black and a phone number added to the bottom of it. Anyone able to help? I don't have photoshop on my comp or I would do it myself. A member here was kind enough to design this logo for me and I have a friend that's going to do some vinyl stickers for free so I'd like to get my business number on them. The number is (330) 998-0344

Love the color I'd like for the phone number to go the half length and centered if possible and could you possibly do one without the phone number? It's greatly appreciated!
 
Where's your original source files? It would be better if you just modified those since these already have jpeg compression in them.
