Slight crush/gash in fiberglass lip.

I have a front lip on my car made of FRP/GRP (fiberglass reinforced plastic), my mechanic accidentally bumped it into a concrete parking stop and slightly chipped it. It's mostly on the bottom of the lip and is barely visible. Not a big deal to me, and is definitely not worth repairing properly.

I do want to at least color it back (as the unfinished lip is white) but mainly to protect/seal the area from further chipping. I was thinking touchup paint. Also it is slightly deeper than a chip (2-3mm), so I'm curious if touchup paint could fill something this deep or if there was a more appropriate product.
