Size of Pads for a PC

Just picked up a PC the other day (finally found one at a Canadian Tire) .. Just curious, what size pads should someone new use? What are the largest you can use? and how does size make a difference? (other then getting into tight spots etc.)

Also, it comes with a couter weight, when should it be changed in size? or does it ever have to?

Thanks,

Derek.

Get a 5" backing plate and 5.5" pads. Any larger and it won't correct much on a pc. For heavier correction get a 3.5" backing plate and some 4" pads. Changing the counter weight won't do anything for the pc.
