Six layers of Zaino and it keeps getting better...

This evening I applied the 6th layer of Zaino to my Accord Type-S. I'm amazed that with every layer the shine gets better and better. I just had to take some pictures after I finished...

Can't wait to put on another layer :D

The biggest difference is the Type-S bodykit. The interior is the same as the US version of the Accord. The engine is the same.

Another big difference is it's price, thanks to government taxes the Accord costs 38000 euro, which is about 45000 US dollar :eek:

@Logik

The car is lowered about 1.5" with Honda sports springs

Looking at the foto's it is difficult to see the depth in the paint. Maybe because I used a pol. filter on the camera. IRL it looks shiny and wet

Zaino looks a bit thin to me but that's a personal thing. No denying it looks great on your ride! :cool:

With body kit, your ride reminds me of my TL! :D

Very, very nice looking car. Nice Z reflection too. Corey, I can kinda see what you mean about the cold/steril look to it. I think it's a combo of the paint color and the Zaino not having great depth.

True depth of finish is created during the prep. There are ways to create "artificial" depth of the finish appearance with a protectant / glaze but these types of results are usually short-lived (i.e carnaubas and glazes).

Yes, color is a big factor. Light colors like silver, golds,beiges white, etc will never produce a swimming pool deep appearance as a black, bright yellow, dark blue , red, etc colored vehicle. JMO :wavey

Very nice looking ride. I have about 6 layers of Zaino on my Explorer,top with wax,and finish with WAUD. WAUD(Eagle One) makes drying the car a lot quicker,plus I do not do windows.They come streak free and clean.. Nice looking car keep on shineing.
