Six days of polishing "the generals b25"

Joe congrats to you and your team, quite an accomplishment.

That B25 looks better then that chrome space ship in StarWars now....:getdown:2thumbs:

Very nice work, wish I could have been a part but had obligations to my Houston clients that week.

WOW what a great turn around! I wish the cards would have fell better and I could have helped. What are the vitals of the job: # of pads, type of products, etc.

Cheers

Greg

Cool plane. Awesome shine. Awesome job. Must have been an incredible privilege to restore a great part of American history. Congrats.:usa

Well done. Preseving these aircraft is a real committment to history. :usa When you've recovered, there is a restored TWA Constellation in Kansas City that might need a little aluminium polish! :shocked It's huge.

Hey Joe, great job on that awesome piece of machinery. I think that B25 would be pretty easy to spot if ever it was up in the air now. Take that plane to war now and I bet even the enemy would stop firing at it and glaze upon it with AWE! :usa

Amazing job!!!!!!!!!!

Also interested to know what process and products you used...would really appreciate it!

Awsome work Joe! That's a very special accomplishment that should go high up on your resume!!!

Can you list the names of all the people in the above picture that helped you with the project? It's always nice seeing the faces behind the screen names/names.

As far as users here I think that Joe and I are the only ones. I am the one with the beard and yellow shoes, and my wife was the only woman in the group. Joe you all know.

We were blessed with a great group of die hard detailers, ready to assume the hard work and willing to get black with oxidized aluminum.

As for products we were able to use the highest of technology in terms of aluminum polish and pads, some items made just for us. Normally such a job would require up to 7 steps to achieve the depth and shine we got, but thanks to the special products we had we were able to reduce the steps to 3 in most areas.
