Simple Green

We use ValuGard's "OMNI". Buy in 5 gal container, and dilute 10:1. Very cost effective, and we use it on almost everything, including carpets and uypholstery.



It is available in 32 oz containers, also.

Sorry I didn't see your post, I guess the thread got buried before I could reply. I buy it at Lowes, but have seen it at Walmart and Autozone. I use the regular formula and not the Auto/Shop type.



And yes you can dilute it to whatever you like!
 
I have not read this whole thread but one thing to remember stuff like this will remove waxes and sealants in a heartbeat!
 
Simple Green contains Butoxyethanol(sp?). I saw this same ingredient listed on a laundry stain remover at the grocery store. The "butoxy" part is suspiciously similar to the "butyl" found in Castrol Super Clean, which is really potent stuff. I'd use SG on fabrics and carpet (well-diluted), but not on plastic, vinyl, rubber, paint, or wheels. I'd bet once or twice wouldn't hurt; but repeated use of the product would be hard on the victim surfaces IMO, especially clear plastic and rubber.
