same here. i was cleaning my engine bay with engine degreaser from pyroil and boy it smells!!! it was horrible, i never want to experience it again. So now i'm also looking for something that smells good and is less abrasive. Orange Blast sounds good.

I've had great sucess with it too on wheel wells...tires...and apo on the floor to clean up grease and such.



I recently just got a set of new rims with a polished lip...i read that simple green is corrosive on unprotected metals?? (ie: polished lips!!)



yikes...I guess I can't use it on my tires anymore (no way i can scrub the sidewalls without contacting the lips) and need to find something else

It works great as a prewash for your extremely dirty MF's. You can spray them and then pre-wash them in a bucket of warm water then after a regular laundry wash they'll look great.

I use SG mixed with Dawn anytime I need to open a portal straight to hell so as to carry on a conversation with the Devil himself. Works pretty darn good....

I too use SG on tires, engine bay and spot cleaning carpet, just picked some up that half gallon size at Wally world the other day for 5 bucks or something.

its made for aircraft...I use a 1-5 mix with 2oz of car soap (to make a better foam) and use a foaming spray head...it makes a clinging type foam....works very well on dirty wheels ..eat brake dust ...and wheels are spotless....you can use a 1-10 mix for less dirty stuff also....

I use it for cleaning the interior, and soft tops. However if the dirt on soft tops is bad, then it doesnt work too well.
