Silver 350Z WG & Victoria Wax

I detailed this beautiful 350Z today..man what an awesome car! They did it right on this one:)

Cleaned the paint with Light Cut and then cleaned up with Cleansing Lotion.

Hand applied the Wolfgang Sealant, easy on, easy off and what a slick feeling it leaves behind.

I was going to leave it alone there but I decided to lay down some of this Victoria Cruisin Wax I have had in my wax bag for weeks now.

It says to apply the wax with your finger tips of palms of your hands but that just didn't sit right with me so I used a soam wax applicator to apply and a MF towel to buff of right away.

I like the look of this wax.....very reflective and "clear"..........smells great also:-p

Here are a few pics, I finished late and we had nothing but clouds so don't expect any full sun shots:(

Remember I talked about this combos reflective qualities?

Pretty clear......even with the orange peel:cool

Later folks,
Anthony

Looking good.

What is Victoria Crusin wax? Where can I find more info about this wax?

Eric

Thanks Eric.......

The VW is a paste carnauba wax that I got as a sample or tester. Like I said the application instructions are unique as you are told to apply it via your hands but I found it best to apply it by a foam applicator. It seems you use less.

You can find out more about it by E-mailing the main honcho

wyllie@victoriawax.com

Thanks,
Anthony

Anthony, how long does it take you to do a car like that?

Hey RJ,

If I don't have anything pressing, like more washes or another detail, I like to just take my time and really "feel" the car:lmfao

With the Z it took me about 5 hours, inside and out. The interior had all kinds of dressing smeared all over it from the dealer hackers and it is a rather odd (but cool) interior material, almost like a mesh, used for the door panels.

If my assistant is with me she usually takes care of the washes and mini-details while I do the labor of love on the big details.

Adios,
Anthony

Yah the Z- is schweet! - it's pretty much the G-35 coupe but between the two I think I like the aggressive looks of the Z better.

The application of that Victoria Crusin wax sounds the same as some of those high end Zymol waxes. Hummmmm.

The website is victoriawax.com

Check out the newsletter on the website. The newsletter says that only 1 in 10,000 individuals will enjoy using victoria wax because of its labor-intensive regime.
