Its been a super busy day, let alone the last few weeks but, I finally made a decision. Iv'e been doing mobile service and/or drop offs at my garage at home for the past 6 months and saving every penny possible, yet building my business in the process.
Its official, My name is Colin, i'm 21 years old, and a proud small business owner!! The shop is right off the access road from the highway. Its 1000sq ft, has a decent size office, bathroom, and great garage space. This is the best step up for me I think because i'm trying to keep it low volume, high quality, and build a reputation with each customer, while making sure i'm secure as well. Mostly I don't want more than i'm able to handle in the beginning, because it's just going to be Me, & possibly my girlfriend.
Anyhow, the building manager had a crew inside the office so I couldn't snap any pics there. The remodel is going to take another week or so and my contract doesn't officially begin until May 1st. Ill be updating this as much as possible when its finally time to start "moving in". Also the garage needs a few things before i'd call it worthy & start accepting business there so that'll be in the updates as well.

Until I get more pics, here is the initial layout (paint style:lol2
