They're likely made at the same Chinese factory, just with different rated motors inside. Some searching on Google will show more than a few suppliers for DAs, all looking eerily like the Shurhold/GGv2.
 
I vote for the GG 6" w/5" Backing plate (3" BP is optional).
GG 6" and 5" BP for the rotary and DA and Meguiars M101.
Use 5.5" flat LC orange pads and you'll be a happy camper.
