Should I buy a coupon book?

The Man With The Plan
Someone at work is selling coupon books with free carwash coupons in it. I can buy 20 washes for $30 at the local gas station. I think I'll buy 2. :lmfao Anyone in Metro Detroit want one? Proceeds go to the GM Women's Club. Its good at the BP station in Pontiac.

While I politely turned her down, others were lining up to buy these. She sits next to me, so she keeps trying to pressure me with each sale. She keeps yelling over the wall how cheap I am.

Maybe I should tell her about the investment I have in Poorboys products and a PC. But I don't want to hamper her sale.

Just thought I'd share.

Based on this statement about her actions, she would never sell me a coupon book.
If she has put you on a guilt trip and you feel you need to buy the books, buy them from someone else. At some point in time, an occasion will arise that you can let her know that you had made the purchase, just not from her.

I don't know why, but my company forces all employees with "company cars" to use the BP station car wash every time they fill with gas. We are locked into that one BP Station. Funny thing is, there are signs in the Executive Garage that says something like "quality begins with a clean car", to remind people to keep the company cars looking good.

That BP automatic wash is not touch free. Its a whirling dervish of cloth.

I'm not sure how effective this policy is.
