ShMitt woes!

By the way, I did forget to mention that I am very happy with the performance of both Shmitts. The one I use to wash my truck worked great and I especially like the ability of it being able to mold in to those unreachable places (fog lamp holes, etc.). The black one seems to be heavy duty (foam part) and made quick work of cleaning up my alloy wheels. so, all in all, I will continue using the Shmitts. I realize that sometimes when a product is getting developed, you need feedback from users to "improve" it. Aaron is a stand up guy, a family man and he will not hesitate to call you if you are having an issue with any edge product. I will continue to use and buy the Shmitt!

Aaron, thanks for calling me today. The guy I work with is a real comedian, (he also washes his car with Dawn.....) and when I told him I talked with you, he asked me "does he have one for really dirty cars called the .....Messerschmitt?!!" that really cracked me up!

That is so funny!!! I was in Germany at a trade show last month and met a guy who's last name was Messerschmitt! He loved the ShMiTT!! Me being an aviation nut maybe we will make a special addition model! hahahh

I was debating whether to purchase a ShMitt and, now that I've seen how the manufacturer reacts to a possible defect--I know this is the type of outfit I WANT to buy from. My order will be placed tonight.
