Shelby Super Snake gets the Kamakaze Collection

This is number 25 that just came to my client. 725 to the wheels! The only problems were in all the parts Shelby installed? Sanding scratches and hazy carbon fiber. Corrected with m100 on a micro cut pad and polished with m205 on yellow Rupes pad. Wiped with Gyeon prep,coated with Kamakaze Myabi and ISM. Wheels with Gyeon Rim,tires with Gyeon tyre. Interior with Gyeon coatings. Final wipe with Kamakaze Overcoat.

How did you deal with the stripes? (any kind of polish or just clean and coat?)

Carbon fiber scares me.

What's the white stuff on your grass ? :D
 
Thanks, no polish on the stripes, just coated.carbon fiber polishes just the same as it is cleared. Maybe a little easier. That white stuff is what we up here call a pain!

725 to wheels...generally you multiply by 1.2 to get engine hp (roughly, of course) --- so thats around 870 engine give or take the ratio...I saw some of these beasts in build stage at the Super Snake Factory in Vegas a few years ago

725 to the wheels is just sick !!!!! I love the look of those Shelby wheels on it as well. Great job Mike !!
 
Wow that is some engine compartment. Really nice job. Surprised the rotors are slotted steel and not ceramic. This car must need all the help it can get to stop.

I wonder what Shelby did to handle the flex in the chassis since it's a rag top. It's just an awesome car.


I can see the pics now. Looks amazing.
