Shampoo Mixture Recipe

Does anyone have a shampoo mixture of 2 or more shampoos that you've tried and liked? I have CG CW&G and I tried mixing it with some DG but the CW&G calls for 1/2 oz. per gallon (and I forgot to dilute it with the same amount of water) and it was in the 50s or 60s when I washed but the shampoo solution was a little too thick. Just curious if anyone has a recipe that you're willing to share.

I have mixed CG CW&G with PB S&S and love it. It seems to combine the slipperiness of S&S with the cleaning ability of CW&G. I just split the difference between the recommended mixing ratios. It also seems to stay in suspension better than the original CG does.

If you want your CW&G to remain emulsified for longer periods just add a little water. For convenience, I transfer about 30 ounces from the gallon into an old auto shampoo bottle and top it off with water (about an ounce and leave a little room to shake). Although I give it a shake every use, I've never had to. Also, it will change from the "radioactive" yellow opaque color to a more translucent yellow.

Sorry for not advancing the OP's thread in any way but I though I'd throw this out there.

A cap of ONR in a bucket of any shampoo never hurt anyone :)

I've tried that in varying amounts to counteract stains over the entire car that occur even after rinsing extremely well. No luck at all in the area I live.....heat, humidity, hard water, and wind. A wash almost always dries before I can even approach it with a towel. In the summer it will dry to a mottled finish in seconds.
