SG and P21S

I used AIO, SG then P21S as a topper on black BMW. 3 months from now, I want to clay the car using clay magic. Am I removing the wax off by claying the car? Can you layer P21S? If you can, how many layers would be enough? How long is the P21S will protect your paint?
