Semi Tank [120 gal]

Still not sure on the method of application. I don't have a rotary either, but not to say I can't access one. This isn't for a job, just helping out a friend. Would 0000 steel wool and a polish take care of most of the surface junk?

I suppose it would be nice to tell you what I have available.
PCXP DA, very few pads, Blue Magic Metal [and Aluminum] Polish, Nevr-Dul, and an assortment of cleaners. For starters would an Megs D103 APC be safe, or would I need a ph neutral, non acidic cleaner like S100/P21?

Is the tank polished stainles...< this is the pic in my head. Probally in reality its not as nice as my head pic :tongue:

If it were me, I probally would start out washing with apc, you gotta keep it wet w/water at the same time or you'll have sreaks to deal with also :banghead:

Is this a fuel tank?

I created this thread on another forum but changed the title. The title on the other forums was "Aluminum Help." I didn't realize I never mentioned that.
